Human Resource Management Projects

Delivery Delivered entirely online, guided by WRIA’s AI agents, with human oversight at the moments that matter.

Overview

Human resource capability is learned far better against a real people challenge in one’s own department than from a textbook or a generic case study.

The Human Resource Management Projects programme is designed for HR and people managers to apply HR management concept and practice to a live human-resource challenge owned by your own department. It develops your capability to diagnose a people challenge accurately, align HR practices to the organisational need, and lead the change required to address it — built directly into the work you are already accountable for.

Rather than studying HR management in the abstract, you take a real HR or people challenge in your workplace as your project, and work it through over three months — so that learning is grounded, applied and evidenced in your own organisation.
