A three-month work-based programme for HR and people managers — applying management concept and practice to a live human-resource challenge owned by their own department, so that capability is built and evidenced against a real problem in their workplace.
Human resource capability is learned far better against a real people challenge in one’s own department than from a textbook or a generic case.
Human Resource Project is designed for HR and people managers applying management concept and practice to a live human-resource challenge owned by their own department. It develops the capability to diagnose a people challenge accurately, align HR practice to organisational need, and lead the change required to address it — built directly into the work the participant is already accountable for.
Rather than studying HR management in the abstract, each participant takes a real HR or people challenge in their workplace as their project, and works it through over three months — so that learning is grounded, applied and evidenced in their own organisation.
