Strategy Formulation and Implementation

Delivery Delivered entirely online, guided by WRIA’s AI agents, with human oversight at the moments that matter.

Overview

Sound strategy takes two things — the analysis to formulate it, and the discipline to put it into practice.

Strategy Formulation and Implementation is designed for managers and leaders who shape or carry out strategy in their organisation. It develops the concepts, frameworks and techniques behind better strategic decisions — analysing an industry and a firm’s own resources, formulating business and corporate strategy, and executing it — while recognising the uncertainty and complexity that real strategy has to cope with.

Rather than studying strategy in the abstract, you apply it to a real strategic challenge in your own organisation — running it through the work-applied learning method over three months, so that capability is built, tested and evidenced in the work itself.
